After a diverse career in the education and social services field, Robert moved to Texas in 2011 and began his career at Insurance and Financial Services at Champions with his wife Joyce. In 2017, Robert and Joyce became the owners of the agency and Robert is very excited to continue on the tradition of superior customer service and personalized advice that Insurance and Financial Services has been known for since 1993. Robert prides himself in providing clients competitive pricing with a great product on commercial, home and auto, and life insurance policies.
Robert is a graduate of Indiana University and enjoys spending his free time traveling with Joyce, their dogs Cooper and Ginger, and operating amateur radios. Robert is also a member of The Woodlands United Methodist Church..
Insurance has been Joyce's passion since she began her career in the industry and at this agency in 1994. Starting out as an Agency Development Specialist and later moving into management, serving in that role until she and her husband Robert, purchased the agency in 2017. She currently holds a Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license. Joyce loves to educate clients on their coverage options in order to help them protect what is most important. Throughout her career, Joyce has helped to develop many young insurance professionals by training and mentoring them. Providing outstanding customer service is Joyce's ongoing goal for the agency.
Joyce enjoys spending time with her grandkids, crafting and traveling. Joyce is a member of The Woodlands United Methodist Church.
Judy started her insurance career in 1990 as a Customer Service Representative and has served in many roles. In July 2019 she joined Insurance & Financial Services at Champions as the Personal Lines Manager and was promoted to Agency Manager in 2020. Judy holds a Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health Insurance license and has designations as an Accredited Customer Service Representative and as a Texas Independent Insurance Advisor.
In her current position, she mentors a team of professionals to focus on designing customized insurance and risk solutions for clients in every stage of their life. Judy works with the leading carriers who cater to this segment of the marketplace. She holds our team to a commitment of excellence in providing superior customer service to all our clients. It is her goal that our agency be a household name when it comes to insurance discussions with clients and prospects.

Commercial Account Manager
Suzie Conley is an experienced commercial account manager, customer service representative and underwriter. She has been a team member of Champions Insurance since April 2018. She has a total of 25+ years in the insurance industry. Suzie takes pride in providing the best customer service possible and always puts her clients needs first. Her top priority is finding the best and most competitive rates available.
Suzie is an accredited customer service representative affiliated the Independent Insurance Agent Association. She also holds an insurance agent property and casualty license. In addition, Suzie is a Certified Nursing Assistant.
She resides in Magnolia where she is the proud grandmother of four very active “grandies”. She is also an avid reader and gardener.
Patricia began her insurance career in 1978 as a rater for homeowners and automobile insurance. She has had many roles in the insurance industry including 30 years in New Business Development. Patricia joined Insurance & Financial Services at Champions in March 2018 as our retention specialist and today serves as our receptionist. She is the friendly voice you hear when you call our office and the smiling face that greets you when you visit our office.
In her spare time she enjoys shopping, junking and looking for that "hidden treasure".
Janelle’s career path began in education where she started as an instructional aide and ended as a director of the school. During this time she learned her true passions in life; building long lasting relationships with families and helping people. She embarked on her new journey by immersing herself into insurance. She now holds her Property and Casualty license as well as her Life, Accident, Health, and HMO license. Joining IFSC in March of 2020, Janelle values providing great customer service and support to her clients. She enjoys spending time with her family and is a parishioner of St Ignatius Loyola Catholic Community Church in Spring.
Christina joined IFSC in February 2019 as an account manager. Prior to IFSC, she worked in the Criminal Justice industry for over 9 years. Christina holds a Bachelor's degree from Sam Houston University (GO KATS!) where she majored in Business Administration. When she’s not traveling the great state of Texas, you can find her in her garden and tending to her beehives.
Personal Lines Sales Agent
Gabriela started working in the insurance industry in the early 2000s as a receptionist at a mostly Spanish agency in Bradenton, Fl where she lived most of her life. She then worked her way up to being a licensed agent within months. After 10 years in the business, she took a short break and moved to Northern California for a welcomed change. Returning to the industry in California, she worked with a managing general agency where she trained new agents, and assisted with setting them up with procedures and reviewing/approving their work. After meeting her fiancé in 2016, they moved to Spring, TX in 2018 and she joined IFSC. She started as a Customer Service Representative and she has worked her way up to Personal Lines Sales agent assisting new clients to the agency, and assisting our Spanish speaking policyholders. Over the years and through different positions, she discovered her inner gift of teaching. She enjoys training other employees and sharing her knowledge with them. She also enjoys educating customers on the coverages they need and tailoring their policies to achieve their goals. She truly loves the thrill of finding the best price for our clients while providing superior service.
Alicia joined Insurance & Financial Services at Champions in 2014 and has 16 years of customer service experience. Alicia receives great satisfaction in her role as Personal Lines Account Manager by helping her clients daily in tailoring their policies to meet their needs and at the best price.
As a Houstonian since 1985, Pam has worked in the insurance industry for at least 32 of those years. She absolutely loves working at Insurance & Financial Services at Champions and really enjoys getting to know her clients and their needs. Her role as Sr. Account Manager is very fulfilling. She is excited to be a member of the Personal Lines team here at IFSC..
In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family and fur-babies, shopping and cross-stitching.

Born in France, migrated to the States in 1974 and moved to Texas in 1982. In 1996, my personal agent offered a position within the agency. Found my passion was helping not only the clients but also the overall operations of the agency. Since, the retirement of my personal agent in 2002, I have been here, Insurance & Financial Services at Champions. My role is customized to help all the agents and staff including the owners, management team and our entire client portfolio.
Certified Financial Planner
Beverly began her career in 1984 with a Farmers Insurance agent in Bay City, TX working in customer service. In 1986, she married and moved to Laredo, TX and continued to work with a Farmers Insurance agent. In 1988, she transitioned to an independent agency where she grew her skills in Personal and commercial lines sales, insurance accounting and office management. In 2010, Beverly was very pleased to become an associate with the Larry C Jones Agency and Insurance & Financial Services.
Over the past 33 years in the insurance industry, Beverly has enjoyed providing excellent customer service and getting to know her clients. Helping to provide them with coverage that meets the needs of their family or business is a priority.
Outside the agency, Beverly enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She enjoys horseback riding, water sports, fishing and sewing.
Alexandra was born and raised in Laredo. In 2014, she graduated from Texas A&M International University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration concentration in Management. In 2015, Alexandra became a Licensed Life, Property & Casualty Agent. She is pleased that she is able to assist her clients with their insurance needs, as well as develop a relationship with clients to ensure they are receiving the customer service they deserve.She enjoys spending time with her family and drive around town with her kids while listening to music.
