Ever since I started going through Larry Jones Agency for all my insurance needs, I have not had one issue. The customer service was excellent, the experience was excellent, the quotes I received were the lowest out of any other agencies that I have went to, and any changes to my insurance was immediately notified either through email, mail, or phone. Even though I prefer email notifications and communication, I still feel that all my needs are met with great attitude and extreme kindness. Did I mention the customer service is excellent. :) They were able to lower my rates with extreme detail. Thank you.
